Silver Membership

This membership is designed for everyone! Whether you are beginning your self-care journey, are in need of corrective treatments or simply want to maintain your colour once a month, this membership is for you.

The VIP memberships are uniquely flexible. As a Silver member, you can have any treatment, any time 15% discount. Enjoy your favourite products and treatments every month. This memberships give you full access to the Hair, Spa or MediSpa Menu. Your monthly membership charge will be deposited to your Shanga account for you to use on any products or treatments.

Gold Membership

We offer a GOLD membership programme specifically designed for clients embarking on a skin health journey for $199 per month. This programme comes with several options granted to use once a month:

1. Revive Facial with LED + 1 added LED

2. Skin Needling for face (add $50 for neck)

3. Broadband Light (BBL) for face (add $50 for neck)

4. AlphaShape Pro – 2 areas

All other services and Skin products are offered at a 15% discount

Can I let someone else use it?

Yes, if for some reason you cannot visit us one month, simply notify us in writing and provide us the name of the person you would like to send in your place. Or, we can give you a gift card to provide them.

Can I put my membership on hold?

You can freeze your membership and we will discontinue taking out your credit for up to 90 days in a one-year period.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contract, month to month, no strings attached. We are confident that you will love your membership. However, should you decide to discontinue, simply provide us a 30-day notice to admin@shangakareela.com.au and it will be stopped.

Can I accumulate my membership?

Yes, you can accumulate up to 3 months to apply to a larger priced treatment

Can I purchase gift cards with my membership?

Yes, you can always purchase gift cards with your credit or apply your credit to any treatment or product of your choice.

How am I charged for my membership?

It works like a gym membership. To simplify the process and make your experience hassle-free, we set up automatic payment on your credit card.

Can I combine other offers with my membership discount?

No, you cannot combine discounts. However, you will ALWAYS get the BEST VALUE offered!
